Inspirational Training 
 
I've felt a real sense of achievement - not only for getting up early, but for the fitness improvements and the fact that when class is finished, that's the exercise done for the day!! It's also a real motivator to stay away from or eat half a scone instead of a whole one at the morning work meetings or conference - after all that effort getting up, I don't want to spoil it!! 
 
Irene’s enthusiasm is infectious and along with all the great people that are there, makes for a fun and supportive group with a real sense of ''freedom' rather than the sometimes intimidating , 'posing' attitudes that can exist in gyms. Quick Results - which last 
 
After attending gyms on and off for the last number of years I realised that my optimum fitness levels were never going to be reached due to lack of attendance and staying within my comfort zone. I was told about Impact classes run by Irene McCaffery, it was then that I decided to give them a go. 
 
Since joining up to Impact two weeks ago I have noticed a significant improvement in my agility, flexibility and general fitness levels which are improving with every session. It is great knowing that your daily workout is complete by 7am and the rest of your day is free of the dreaded thoughts about getting out of going to the gym after a long day at work. DM (Moira) 
 
Fun and Exciting programme 
 
One morning at boot camp and I was hooked. It's just the best way to exercise. (I've done it all before, running alone, gym and I'll never go back). Not only do you see results and improvement fast, the variety in workouts is incredible. After months of attending I can say it's never been the same twice. It makes fitness fun - not a chore, and I love the teamwork. Irene's coaching is superb and she's so motivational.... just come one morning and you'll never look back. CE (Moira)

I would say that boot camp leaves you feeling energised and with a wonderful sense of achievement – this is the best bit for me.
